Emmanuelle Boilan

Since I was a child, I have loved to investigate, analyze, understand and find solutions. I have always seen the world as a big puzzle, to be assembled, piece by piece. To understand the world, I studied biology and received a PhD in biological sciences in 2012. Right after, I had the chance to discover the vast world of prevention and more specifically occupational/industrial hygiene through the numerous missions of CESI (one of the oldest external services for prevention and protection at work in Belgium)... It became a new passion.
Today, I am an OH with 10 years of experience. In short, OH is code for "occupational hygienist", which refers to a rewarding profession that aims to keep workers and workplaces healthy through research, training and consulting services. As a lifelong biologist, I also naturally turned to the field of biosafety, for which I am a consultant.
Making sure our friends, acquaintances, and loved ones go home safe each day and stay healthy is my main motivation.

François Degrave

Father of 3, proud French Hornist and judoka. I own a PhD in Computer Science (formal program analysis, fun stuff!). I used to work at Odoo (great software company BTW), at the University of Namur (where I still teach a little) and at OncoDNA (biotech to fight cancer).
I have always loved learning new things, since I was a kid. I fell in love with software programming quite late (18 or so) but fell hard! It's a neverending source of new knowledge, an extraordinary playground to express creativity and ingenuity. My career allowed me to meet wonderful people, from whom I learned a great deal.
I keep learning everyday.

We help you assess chemical & biological risks to workers, perform measurements and other sampling to estimate exposure and provide practical advice on how to protect workers from these risks.

We advise and assist you with the regulatory aspects of contained use, biohazard assessment, design of biological containment facilities, work practices, decontamination and disinfection procedures, etc.

During several years of experience in leading IT projects and teams in different companies, we have empowered people, giving them the necessary tools and environment to succeed in creating great products in a timely manner.

Software Development

A good IT leader should also have advanced technical skills; ours are mainly focused in Python (Odoo, Django, FastAPI, Flask...) and also in JS (React, React Native).
